<正>原发性胆汁性肝硬化(primary biliary cirrhosis,PBC)是以肝内小胆管进行性、非化脓性、破坏性炎症为特征的慢性胆汁淤积性疾病,可发展至肝纤维化及肝硬化。近年来,关于PBC的发病机制、诊断及治疗有较多的报道,也取得了一定的进展。一、发病机制PBC的发病机制尚未完全阐明,但目前认为可
