企业环境行为研究新进展

摘要：
越来越多的环境事件与企业巨头们的不当环境行为产生了密切的联系,巨额的环境责任赔偿带给企业的压力和环境灾难留给人类的反思使得企业环境行为的研究成为了学术界关注的热点问题。本文就近十年来国外学术界有关企业环境行为的研究成果进行梳理,从理论和实证研究两个方面阐释企业环境行为模型、企业环境行为评价以及公司价值、生态型企业家与环境政策等对企业环境行为的影响。
