摘要：

建立了HPLC法测定川芎药材中的洋川芎内酯A和Z-蒿本内酯。采用ZorbaxSB-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-1%乙酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长280nm。洋川芎内酯A和Z-蒿本内酯在0.0488～2.44mg/ml和0.0409～2.05mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。回收率为98.77%和99.05%,RSD为0.83%和1.10%。
