胆红素、尿酸水平与下肢动脉硬化闭塞症相关性研究

摘要：

目的探讨胆红素、尿酸水平与下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)的关系。方法对正常人群组(本院体检健康人群)、普通疾病组(静脉曲张,结节性甲状腺肿等)及住院的下肢ASO患者(ASO组)进行总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素及尿酸测定,每组各100例。结果下肢ASO组的总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素均较正常人群组、普通疾病组降低;而尿酸水平又明显高于正常人群组、普通疾病组(P<0.05)。结论下肢ASO的发生与血清胆红素的水平呈负相关,与尿酸水平呈正相关,胆红素是动脉硬化的独立危险因素之一。
