摘要：

越来越多研究证实自噬与多种骨病的发生密切相关。对参与自噬性细胞凋亡途径关键分子的成功鉴定,有助于进一步了解自噬的分子机制、生理功能及在病理过程中的作用,但目前对错综复杂的自噬相关信号转导通路之间相互影响及具体作用机制,尚不明确。该文就介导自噬的mTOR等主要信号转导通路研究进展作一综述。
