摘要：

褪黑激素是一种神经内分泌激素,具抗氧化、抗兴奋毒性、抗凋亡、改变胞内外信号转导、改变膜通道通透性等作用,在脑缺血性损伤、神经退行性变、癫痫等的防治方面显示出良好的治疗前景。本文就MT对脑的保护作用进行综述。
