摘要：

中药制粒工艺在中药固体制剂中应用广泛,是许多中药固体制剂生产过程中必须的关键操作单元,因此研究中药制粒工艺及其设备十分重要。由于中药的成分较为复杂,为达到药品质量管理标准,须根据中药自身的性质特征选取适宜的制粒工艺和设备。本文通过查阅制粒工艺及其设备的相关文献,介绍了制粒技术和制粒设备,总结了中药制粒研究和生产中的应用现状,并对中药制粒研究过程中出现的常见问题进行了分析,以期为中药制粒的发展提供参考。
