离子注入对烟草种子萌发及烟株钾含量的影响

摘要
用不同剂量的低能氮离子束照射烟草干种子 ,研究低能离子束对不同品种的烟草种子萌发及离子注入后 ,种子经不同时间修复后对萌发产生的影响 ;同时研究了不同剂量的离子注入对烟株吸钾及钾素分配的影响。结果表明 :不同剂量的离子注入对发芽势、发芽率有较明显的影响 ,而且适当的离子注入剂量可以促进钾素的吸收。
