机械敏感性离子通道蛋白Piezo在机体机械转导中作用的研究进展

摘要
Piezo1和Piezo2是近年来新发现的机械敏感性离子通道,对机械门控非选择性阳离子电流的产生至关重要,在机械转导过程中发挥重要作用。本文系统地总结了国内外相关文献,重点论述Piezo通道在组织器官中的分布及表达,阐述其在机械转导途径中的作用,探讨其在不同组织器官中的表达及对机械转导作用的影响,为揭示Piezo基因相关的人类疾病探索新的路径。本文就Piezo家族对生物体生理功能的重要性及其与疾病的相关性进行介绍,主要概述Piezo通道的发现过程,总结Piezo1通道在血管、膀胱和肾脏等组织器官中的机械转导功能及Piezo2通道在触觉、本体感觉和伤害感觉等感觉系统中的机械转导功能,并介绍Piezo1和Piezo2突变体与多种人类疾病的关联,展望其作为重要基因或药物治疗靶点的前景。
