新企业社会网络特征界定与测度问题探讨——基于效率和效果视角

摘要
鉴于社会网络对于获取外部创业资源的重要性,创业研究者们围绕创业者个人和新企业网络的形成和效应机制问题进行了大量的研究,但现有相关研究仍存在变量选取相对零散、对新企业特别是初创期新企业网络基本特征的阐释不够充分等问题,导致研究结论不一甚至相互矛盾。针对新企业网络研究的现状,本文立足于初创期的新企业,借用组织管理领域效率和效果这两个基本概念,提出了新企业网络效率和效果概念,并进行情境化界定和测度,试图利用这两个概念来更好地描述、刻画新企业建立和利用网络的过程及其网络的主要特征,以期丰富现有理论研究并启示未来研究。
