脑微血管对局灶性缺血的反应

摘要
局部脑缺血发生后,伴随神经细胞损伤,微血管表现出一系列快速协调的反应。其中包括血管内皮通透性增高、内皮细胞-白细胞粘附受体表达、整合素受体及其配体丧失、可降解基质的蛋白水解酶表达以及与血管新生有关受体的出现等。这些反应随缺血损害进展及部位不同发生变化。
