乳腺癌术后患者自我形象影响因素调查分析

摘要：

目的探讨乳腺癌术后患者自我形象的主要影响因素,为临床制订护理干预措施提供理论依据。方法采用乳腺癌自我形象量表(BIBCQ)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和一般资料调查表,对565例乳腺癌术后患者进行问卷调查,分析人口学特征、疾病因素、社会支持对患者自我形象的影响。结果 565例乳腺癌术后患者自我形象总分(104.63±27.82)分,社会支持总分(41.36±8.15)分,高于国内常模。回归分析显示:文化程度、居住地、手术后时间和社会支持是乳腺癌术后患者自我形象的主要影响因素。结论加强对文化程度高、居住在农村、手术后时间较短的患者进行护理干预,且最大限度的发挥社会支持对患者的作用,以期提高患者自我形象水平。
