淫羊藿苷与β-磷酸三钙复合后修复骨缺损的实验研究

摘要:
目的:探讨淫羊藿苷与β-磷酸三钙复合的组织工程骨修复骨缺损的效果,为单味中药提取物应用于骨组织工程提供实验依据。方法:将淫羊藿苷与β-磷酸三钙复合,植入兔桡骨干1.5 cm缺损处,比较淫羊藿苷与β-磷酸三钙复合与单纯β-磷酸三钙移植治疗骨缺损的疗效。术后、术后6、12周行术肢X线检测,组织学定量分析和生物力学检测。结果:12例淫羊藿苷与β-磷酸三钙复合物移植于骨缺损处,骨缺损完全愈合,骨髓腔通畅。而5例单纯β-磷酸三钙对照组骨缺损未愈合,髓腔不通,与实验组有明显差别。生物力学测试显示两组在抗扭转、抗压缩数据有显著性差异。结论:中药淫羊藿苷与β-TCP复合构建淫羊藿苷控释型骨修复材料,是一种良好的骨诱导、骨传导组织工程材料,通过药物在体内的缓慢释放以达到有效治疗骨缺损的目的,为研发面向临床的新型骨修复材料提供了理论依据。
