诱导性多能干细胞在治疗性血管新生方面的研究进展

摘要
<正>下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(arteriosclerosis obliterans,ASO)是老年人常见的血管疾病[1]。欧美国家70岁以上人群中的患病率为18.59%[2],我国60岁以上人群的患病率为16.42%3]。虽然血管腔内介入治疗及旁路手术也取得了一定的临床疗效,仍有近1/3的患者在治疗后数年出现血管再狭窄和闭塞,最终发展为重症下肢缺血(critical limb ischemia,CLI),其中16%的患者被迫截肢[4]。近年来,干细胞与血管新生的关系及在治疗性血管新生中的作用备受关注。研究表明,诱导性多能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem
