交通与土地利用模型——劳瑞模型的理论基础及改进形式

摘要：

劳瑞模型是经典的综合性交通与土地利用模型。劳瑞模型模拟了城市基本行为——基础部门就业、服务部门就业和家庭部门行为的空间分布。劳瑞模型可以用来辅助城市交通规划,也可用于城市地理学研究。近年来欧美国家城市规划常用到的交通与土地利用模型系统大多建立在劳瑞模型基础之上。劳瑞模型从建立至今经过了不断的改进和扩展:威尔逊将空间作用理论引入劳瑞模型;麦克格尔将投入——产出模型引入劳瑞模型;戈顿和兰登等学者将动力学原理引入劳瑞模型。文章对劳瑞模型的理论基础进行阐述,并对模型的几次重大改进进行归纳。
