中医调节Th1/Th2平衡治疗寻常型银屑病研究进展

摘要：

银屑病是一种常见的通过多种免疫细胞和细胞因子介导的慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病,不同T细胞亚群均参与其发病过程,Th1/Th2平衡与银屑病发病具有重要关系。中医治疗寻常型银屑病具有较好的长期临床疗效,且不良反应少。通过查阅近5年文献,发现中医疗法可通过调节Th1/Th2平衡治疗寻常型银屑病,对相关研究进展进行了综述。
