<正> 结直肠癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤.易发生肝转移。在临床诊断结直肠肿瘤时,15%～25%合并同时性肝转移:国内报道为5%～12%。复旦大学肿瘤医院的资料库显示,结直肠癌同时性肝转移的发生率为10.4%。本文重点综述结直肠癌肝转移的外科治疗和辅助化学治疗。一、结直肠癌肝转移的外科治疗 1.治疗现状:50年前Lortat-Jacob首次进行了结直肠癌
