派系对组织内一般信任的负面影响

摘要
派系现象在中国组织之中十分普遍,本文以为这是关系在组织中从正面功能转为负面的关键,其负面影响来自两个机置,一是因为一群人的结派而使权力集中于少数人,二是有了派系会使一个团体之内的社会网结构趋于破碎,这两者都会降低一个群体的内部信任感,从而对组织产生负面影响。透过整体网资料收集,本文否证了第一个假设,但第二个假设却得到肯证,说明派系引发的组织内破碎结构确实会减低信任。
