摘要：

炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种病因不明的慢性肠道疾病,包括克罗恩病(CD)和溃疡性结肠炎(UC)。研究显示,多种免疫标记物与IBD的临床表型密切相关,正确认识这些标记物将有助于IBD的诊断分型、判断疾病活动程度以及预测疾病预后等。本文就免疫标记物与IBD临床表型的关系作一综述。
