摘要：

国际直接投资理论大致可以分为三大类 :研究经济发达国家直接投资的主流理论、研究发展中国家直接投资的理论以及对既有理论验证、发展并从其他角度研究直接投资的理论。这些理论的发展体现出了鲜明的时代特点 ,在一定程度上解释了纷繁复杂的国际直接投资现象。
