溃疡性结肠炎患者抑郁情绪的心理干预

摘要：

目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎患者抑郁情绪的心理干预及临床意义。方法选择2009年1月-2011年12月于我院内科门诊就诊或住院的溃疡性结肠炎伴抑郁患者82例,随机分为心理干预组(n=42)和非干预组(n=40),心理干预组患者同时给予一般临床治疗和心理干预措施,非干预组患者仅采用一般临床治疗。分别治疗4周后,比较两组间抑郁程度和治疗效果。结果治疗4周后,心理干预组患者抑郁评分(12.2±3.2vs29.6±7.9)均低于非干预组,差别有统计学意义;心理干预组患者治疗显效者比例(69.0%)高于非干预组(40.0%),差别有统计学意义。结论心理干预可改善溃疡性结肠炎患者的抑郁症状和临床治疗效果。
