摘要:
[目的]综述糖皮质激素(glucocorticoid,GC)对固有免疫细胞作用机制的研究进展。[方法]以"glucocorticoid,innate immune,neutrophile granulo-cyte,macrophage,NK cell,dendritic cell"为关键词,在PubMed数据库中检索GC作用于固有免疫细胞的文献进行检索。[结果与结论]GC在调控固有免疫细胞中具有重要作用,虽然GC主要表现为抑制炎症及免疫功能,但在多种情况下,如GC不能诱导NEU凋亡、GC促进具有拮抗GC功能的MIF的表达等都表明GC具有多方面的功能。因此,进一步深入研究GC对固有免疫细胞的作用,对阐明GC的作用机制具有重要的意义。
