摘要：

<正>脑卒中后吞咽障碍是常见功能障碍,是指由于唇、舌、软腭、食管等吞咽器官失神经支配,功能缺损,不能将食物安全有效地经口送至胃。吞咽障碍常导致鼻内容物反流、饮水呛咳、噎塞等,如不及时接受治疗,就会产生误吸、吸入性肺炎、营养不良、窒息等不良后果,阻碍康复进程[1-3],进而影响患者的生存质量。研究表明约有22%65%的脑卒中患者会出现不同程度的
