纳米竹炭分散固相萃取/超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定绿茶中的农药多残留

摘要
建立了纳米竹炭(Nano Bamboo Charcoal,NBC)作为QuEChERS(Quick,Easy,Cheap,Effective,Rugged and Safe)方法吸附剂,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)法测定绿茶中农药多残留的分析方法。茶叶样品采用乙腈-H2O提取,以NBC-PSA(N-丙基乙二胺)-无水MgSO4体系进行分散固相基质净化,经Acquity UPLC TSS-3 C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1μm,1.8μm)分离后,UPLC-MS/MS多反应离子监测模式(MRM)检测,外标法定量。在0.02~0.50 mg/kg加标范围内,10种代表性农药的平均回收率为72.3%116.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为1.4%13.9%,方法的定量下限(LOQ)为0.02~0.04 mg/kg。结果显示,NBC作为QuEChERS分散固相吸附剂在回收率、检出限及精密度等方面均能满足农药残留分析的要求,且成本明显优于商品化基质分散吸附剂。
