摘要：

<正>当前,缺血性卒中的发病率在中国以每年8.7%的速度增长,且卒中二级预防能降低卒中再发风险接近90%,卒中的一级、二级预防成为当前国内外研究的热点。自从1969年McCully首次提出高同型半胱氨酸血症与动脉粥样硬化及血栓形成有关联的假说后,血浆中同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平与心脑血管疾病的关系一直成为国内外学者的研究焦点。然而,近年来大量通过降低Hcy水平来预防心脑血管疾病的干预治疗均未得到一致的阳性结果。因此,Hcy在心脑血管疾病一级、二级预防中的地位开始受到质疑:到底Hcy与心脑血管疾病的关系是不是因果关系?
