类风湿关节炎患者外周血Th17细胞及Treg细胞数量的meta分析

摘要：

目的:研究类风湿关节炎(RA)患者与正常人外周血中Th17和Treg细胞的数量变化,探讨两者数量变化与RA发病的关系。方法:根据纳入排除标准筛选文章。采用NOS观察性研究质量评价工具评估纳入研究的方法学质量。对入选的文章进行异质性检验,根据检验结果选择固定效应模型或者随机效应模型,采用漏斗图检验纳入文章的发表偏倚,采用Revman 5.1软件进行meta分析。结果:共22个研究纳入分析。RA患者和正常人外周血中Th17细胞的SMD为1.04(0.76,1.33),Z=7.200,P<0.001;Treg细胞的SMD为-0.43(-0.72,-0.15),Z=3.010,P=0.003。RA患者外周血Th17细胞数量增多,Treg细胞数量减少。结论:外周血Th17细胞显著增多以及Treg细胞明显减少与RA的发病有关。
