<正>结直肠癌是结肠癌和直肠癌的总称,是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一。全球结直肠癌发病率男性位于恶性肿瘤的第4位,女性位于第3位[1]。结直肠癌发病情况有显著的地区性差异,以北美、大洋洲最高,欧洲居中,亚非地区较低[2]。与世界发达国家相比,我国的结直肠癌发病率和死亡率处于较低水平,但近年来结直肠癌发病率和死亡率逐年上升,尤其
