摘要：

高血压是脑卒中的独立危险因素。脑梗死急性期血压会出现一过性的升高,这与病情的进展、转归和预后密切相关。目前指南更倾向将脑梗死急性期血压维持在一个相对较高水平,但最佳血压水平尚无定论。本文就上述问题的研究进展作以综述,供大家讨论、参考。
