运动干预非酒精性脂肪肝病的研究进展

摘要
运动能有效改善非酒精性脂肪肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)人群的肝脏脂肪变性,但不同运动实现肝脏组织学改善的靶向作用和最小运动量水平尚不清楚。通过比较有氧运动(aerobic exercise,AE)、抗阻运动(resistance exercise,RE)以及高强度间歇运动(high-intensity interval training,HIIT)在NAFLD人群中干预方案、干预效果的差异,探讨不同运动模型干预NAFLD人群的靶向作用和量效关系。通过在PubMed、Web of Science等数据库查找文献,依据相应的纳入与排除标准,筛选出16篇文献进行分析。有氧运动在减少体质量上效果显著,抗阻运动表现在增大肌肉力量和质量,高强度间歇运动则在改善体成分、增强心肺耐力上效果显著。
