摘要
介绍了RAPD、RFLP及AFLP分子标记技术的原理和特点,综述了这几种分子标记技术在蔬菜分类学及遗传多样性研究、遗传图谱构建、基因定位、分子标记辅助育种及品种纯度鉴定方面的应用情况,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
