下腰椎骨折的诊治进展

摘要：

下腰椎有不同于胸腰椎的结构特点,骨折发生率低,但损伤程度常常较为严重,且多合并有神经损伤。临床上治疗下腰椎骨折的争议较多,随着对下腰椎骨折机制认识的进一步加深,手术技术及理念的不断革新,其治疗方式及手术适应证也在发生变化,现将下腰椎骨折的诊治进展综述如下。
