本文研究分析了美国自 1994年以来对数字远程教育版权规范的立法进展 ,其中重点述评了美国千年数字版权法案 (DMCA)中关于数字远程教育的条款、美国版权局向国会提交的《关于数字远程教育与版权的报告》、国会在 2 0 0 2年 11月通过的TEACH法案 ,并借此讨论了美国立法对我国著作权法的启示
