The author believes that the diseases related to spinal soft tissue injury are caused from the over loaded activities and injury from them. Most of the patients with that problem show the change of the three dimentional direction in their spinal vertebra and the change of tension or the adhesion in the inter vertebral soft tissues. The pain will be gone if these changes can be rectified. Yhe three dementional manipulation is intended for the treatment of the disease related to the spinal soft tissue injury. The manipulation is made up of the rapid traction with rectifying distance, vertebra rotation with rectifying the angle and maneuver of pushing and pressing.
