超声分散液相微萃取-气相色谱法同时测定食品中11种防腐剂

摘要
目的建立食品中11种防腐剂的超声分散液相微萃取-气相色谱法。方法样品经9∶1二氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯超声分散液相微萃取,FFAP毛细管色谱柱分离、FID检测器检测。结果方法线性范围为0.068~400μg/ml,相关系数为0.9990~0.9999,回收率为84%122%,相对标准偏差为3.11%5.83%,方法检出限为0.026~0.23μg/ml。结论该法简便、高效、经济、环境友好,适于不同食品中11种防腐剂同时快速测定。
