摘要：

<正>骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折所致的腰背部疼痛是临床治疗的一个棘手难题,往往花了巨额医疗费用而效果差强人意[1]。骨质疏松症是老年人尤其是老年妇女常见病,人口老龄化促使其发病率逐年升高。据最新统计,我国55岁以上人群骨质疏松症患病率达21.8%,75岁以上人群患病率达48.0%。骨质疏松症的两大并发症是疼痛与骨折[2],腰背痛的发生率高达70%以上,骨折多见于胸腰椎的负重节段。传统治疗采用卧床休息、药物治疗、开放性手术等方法,存在加重骨质流失、易发褥疮、创伤大、手术要求高等诸多的弊端,不能有效改善患者的生活质量[3]。目前临床开始采用经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)治疗,在增强椎体的强度、改变椎体
