中医药防治放射性肠炎进展

摘要：

目前国内外治疗放射性肠炎暂无统一的临床治疗方案,临床上以营养支持、黏膜保护剂、生长抑素、微生态制剂等药物治疗为主。由于肿瘤患者人数增多,同时放疗技术的普遍推广应用,放射性肠炎发生率有增高趋势。在辨证论治基础上,中医药在减轻放疗的不良反应方面显示出明显的优势,对防治放射性肠炎有积极的意义。本文围绕中药辨证分型论治、中医外治两大方面对放射性肠炎作出综述,以求探索并制定有效可靠的标准化中医治疗方案。
