肌肉肥大对力量和运动表现产生影响

摘要
增加肌肉维度会导致肌肉力量增加似乎是符合逻辑,并且通过实验验证的。但也有研究表明,肌纤维横截面积的增加可能不会对在整个肌肉水平上测量到的自发性力量产生有意义的影响,可能是一个单独的机制,负责在肌肉质量下降时保持力量。力量是普遍性的,但是力量适应的普遍性似乎要少得多,随着力量技能越来越远离运动项目本身,各种力量技能增加带来的收益可能减少。鉴于此,本文将对这一证据进行综述,并讨论其可能对运动产生的影响。
