摘要：

粘接固位种植冠桥较螺丝固位舒适、美观,更易获得被动就位,临床应用较多;然而,在日后维修、发生食物嵌塞和种植体周围炎等并发症需要取下修复体进行治疗时,其牙冠较难完整拆卸;因此,在粘接固位种植冠桥中,如何不损伤种植体及其上部结构而又能方便地取下修复体,即义齿的可拆卸性,一直是研究的热点。以往有关粘接固位种植冠桥可拆卸性的研究归结起来可分为机械装置和选择合适的粘接材料2种,本文就以上2种方法在临床可行性方面作一综述。
