摘要
痛风的发病率在世界范围内呈逐年上升趋势,并且与高血压、高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化、肥胖和胰岛素抵抗等疾病的发生密切相关,是当今世界尤其是中老年男性的常见病,已成为威胁人类健康的严重代谢性疾病。目前治疗痛风的药物倍受关注,主要包括以嘌呤代谢关键酶为靶点的降尿酸药物、以肾小管尿酸转运体为靶点的降尿酸药物、黄嘌呤氧化还原酶和肾小管尿酸转运体的双重抑制剂及尿酸氧化酶等4种类型。本文概括了痛风治疗新药研究进展。
