<正>近年来,胃瘫综合征（gastroparesis syndrome,GS）已成为胰十二指肠切除术（pancreatoduodenectomy,PD）术后常见的并发症之一,其严重影响病人的生活质量,同时导致住院时间延长、住院费用增加。传统PD术后GS发生率约7%36%[1-2],而保留幽门的PD（pylorus-preserving pancreatoduodenectomy,PPPD）术后GS发生率则相对更高,约
