<正>1861年法国学者Ménière首先发现迷路疾病可导致眩晕、耳鸣和听力减退。这组病症被称为"美尼尔氏综合征"。1867年匈牙利医生博立茨首次用梅尼埃姓氏冠名该病,至今仍沿用梅尼埃氏病一词。现名为"梅尼埃病"[1]。Hallpike及Cairns于1938年发现其组织病理基本改变为膜迷路积水,内
