运动康复护理模式对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

摘要：

目的探讨运动康复护理模式对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能和生活质量的影响。方法将慢性心力衰竭患者随机分组,对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予基础药物治疗,观察组给予运动康复模式联合基础药物治疗;疗程为3周,随访半年。观察两组患者治疗3周后及半年后心功能变化、生活质量变化以及再入院率。结果观察组患者心功能改善率明显优于对照组,且治疗半年后观察组患者生活质量状况、再入院率均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动康复护理联合药物治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能治疗行之有效、经济实用,且适度的运动训练对心力衰竭患者可以有显著的生理和心理改善,提高运动耐力,降低再入院率,改善生活质量。
