摘要：

骨质疏松性骨折(Osteoporosis fracture,OF)是一种随着年龄增加而增加的疾病,其预后不佳。因此,及早进行骨质疏松骨折风险预测显得至关重要。骨质疏松骨折预测方法有以下几种:骨密度检查、FRAX工具、Garvan nomogram评估法、ORAI、OSTA、定量骨超声、骨代谢标志物等。研究表明,FRAX工具可预测个体10年内发生髋部骨折及任何重要的OF的概率,优于其他方法。
