摘要：

维生素D(VitD)是人体必需的营养素,是钙平衡的最重要生物调节因子之一。流行病学调查表明:人体VitD水平的不足已成为全球问题。VitD不仅可以调节钙、磷的代谢,还参与细胞增殖、分化和免疫系统的调节,在许多疾病发生和发展过程中扮演着重要的角色。近年来研究发现:VitD水平与免疫功能、糖尿病、神经系统疾病、心血管疾病、肿瘤、肝脏疾病、妇科疾病等密切相关,VitD缺乏或不足,可导致多种慢性疾病的发生和发展。
