摘要
金线莲是珍稀的民间草药 ,目前野生资源趋于枯竭 ,为此采用组织培养技术对金线莲进行快速繁殖 ,以促进其产业化生产。文章介绍了金线莲组织培养过程中的消毒、接种、培养技术和室外移栽方法以及温度、光照等对生根率、组培苗成活率的影响。
