粒细胞集落刺激因子动员骨髓源干细胞治疗心血管疾病的研究

摘要
利用细胞因子动员自体骨髓源干细胞(BMDCs)进入外周血,并迁移到心肌梗死部位,再生修复受损的心脏是干细胞治疗的新策略。粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)是已广泛应用于放、化疗病人动员干/祖细胞支持造血功能恢复的细胞因子。近来研究发现G-CSF还具有心脏保护作用,能动员BMDCs迁移到心肌梗死部位,修复受损的心脏。本文综述G-CSF治疗心血管疾病的基础和临床研究进展。
