肠道病毒71型感染的神经系统表现及其心肺衰竭的发生机制

摘要：

肠道病毒71型(EV71)自1969年在美国加利福尼亚被首次分离以来,已在世界范围内引起十多次暴发与流行。近年来,EV71感染引起了国内外广泛关注,成为研究的热点。目前有关EV71感染还有许多尚待解决的难题,现将有关本病的重症临床表现及其发病机制中的某些关键问题综述如下。一、EV71感染的临床表现多种多样像其他肠道病毒一样,EV71感染可以仅引起手足口病(HFMD),也可出现疱疹性咽峡炎等呼吸道症候群或消化道
