裸茎金腰逆转ANIT致小鼠IC型肝损伤有效部位的筛选探究

摘要
目的筛选特色裸茎金腰Chrysosplenium nudicaule Bunge(亚吉玛)逆转ANIT致小鼠肝内胆汁淤积(IC)型肝损伤的有效部位。方法灌胃ANIT的橄榄油溶液诱导小鼠急性IC,测定小鼠血清中生化指标谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、直接胆红素(DBIL)和总胆红素(TBIL)的水平;RT-PCR法测定各极性部位对小鼠肝组织中小异源二聚体伴侣(SHP)、Na+-牛磺胆酸转运体(NTCP)mRNA的表达的影响。结果与模型组比较,乙酸乙酯部位(EAP)和正丁醇部位(BAP)高剂量组(4.0 g/kg)能降低小鼠血清中ALT、AST、ALP、TBA、DBIL、TBIL水平(P<0.05,P<0.01),且能上调小鼠肝组织SHP、NTCP mRNA的表达(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部位为裸茎金腰逆转小鼠急性IC的活性部位。
