基于资源基础观的政府法规推动企业绿色采购实现机理研究

摘要：
借鉴发达国家经验,中国政府为了实现节能减排,制定了一系列法规以推动企业的绿色采购从而实现整条供应链的绿化。本研究从资源基础观出发开发概念模型,提出企业内部的资源和能力是法规压力转化为企业绿色采购实践的必要因素。通过396家中国制造企业有效问卷的统计分析,验证了资源和能力的中介影响。这一结论为中国政府针对现状制定法规、政策和制度提供指导作用,也为进一步剖析绿色采购法规影响和资源/能力扩散机理奠定了基础。
