摘要
球囊霉素(Glomalin,最新命名为球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白Glomalin related soil protein)是由丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)产生的一类含金属离子的糖蛋白。由于真菌分泌此类蛋白的特异性及其理化性质的特殊性,自1996年被发现以来,其在土壤结构及土壤碳素储存和循环中的作用引起了人们的广泛关注,尤其是在贫瘠的土壤上,球囊霉素在土壤有机质组成中起着非常重要的作用。随着研究的深入,人们对球囊霉素的组成、结构和功能等不断取得新的认识。本文总结了球囊霉素的分类、测定以及功能等方面的研究进展,并对其研究前景进行了展望。
